"Automatic Control of Coagulant Addition Amount" for wastewater treatment conservation and environmental management personnel.

From a time of "just pouring" chemicals to a time of "controlling" them! Automatically control according to the load to optimize chemical costs and processing efficiency.

To the personnel in charge of drainage treatment maintenance and environmental management, we would like to introduce a case regarding the proposal for the introduction of a coagulant dosage control device. Coagulants are essential for wastewater treatment in manufacturing sites, but traditionally, a fixed amount was added regardless of the characteristics of the raw water. This led to issues such as wasted chemical costs and instability in floc quality. To address these problems, we proposed the introduction of a coagulant dosage control device. By implementing this device, it became possible to optimize chemical usage while improving treatment efficiency. [On-site Challenges] ■ The chemical dosage is fixed even though the concentration and load of the raw water fluctuate daily. ■ There is a tendency for coagulation to be excessive or insufficient, leading to inconsistencies in treatment efficiency. ■ Wasted chemical costs and instability in floc quality. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Automatic Control of Coagulant Dosage | Stabilizing Floc Quality in Wastewater Treatment [With Case Studies]

For those troubled by wasted pharmaceutical costs and unstable flock quality! Introduce a coagulant dosage control device to optimize chemical usage.

Do you have any concerns about wastewater treatment at your manufacturing site? - The concentration and load of the raw water fluctuate from day to day. - There is a tendency for coagulation to be excessive or insufficient, leading to inconsistent treatment efficiency. By introducing a coagulant dosing control system, we optimize chemical usage. Sensors monitor the state of the floc, preventing excess or deficiency and maintaining optimal coagulation at all times. We address the issues at their root. ◇ Automatically controls the amount of chemicals in real-time according to fluctuations in raw water. ◇ Maintains optimal floc formation through feedback control. ◇ Avoids chemical excess or deficiency. We are currently offering a free case study on how the system autonomously adjusts the optimal timing and amount of chemical addition.
